Have you seen the wing-heavy Rocket Chicken cutie in Booty Bay? This Booty Bay Beauty is located on the piling next to one of the auctioneers on the lower wharf. She caught my eye one day as I was running some pirate’s errand. I was stopped in my tracks. Captivated. Love at first sight. A coup de foudre. I must have watched her for ten minutes ~ thats a lot of time in WoWland. I loved the dainty way she pecked at the invisible corn. The way she laid flames instead of eggs. The wavy line~ drawings on her rocket wings that look like the face of The Wizard of Oz Scarecrow. Of course, as soon as I saw this darling dinosaur descendant I had to have one. I scrambled to find out where and how. I was mightily disappointed to find that she is a Crackerjack prize in one of the WoW trading card decks. But that is probably just as well. She would just take up bag room I can’t really spare and I can come visit Bottle Rocket Red whenever I am in port.

You can sometimes pick those Trading Card prizes on eBay, but some of the prices are ridiculous — the “spectral tiger mount” for example is in the $500 range — do you like and/or have any other of the non-combat pets? If so, I’ll give Eustashius a present to pass on to you! I’m an avid player of the trading card game, and have quite a few of the little biscuit prizes and can get the special “blue” tabards as well.

The trading cards sound really interesting. I don’t know anything about them. What are the biscuit prizes and what do the “blue” tabards look like? I heard someone say that they had sold one of their characters on eBay. This made me curious and I went to eBay and tried to find if any were for sale. I didn’t come up with the right search terms, apparently, because I never saw any. Do people really sell their characters? It sounds like something that Blizzard wouldn’t like.
